Our client has recently won contracts to help unemployed people back into the workplace. Due to the implications of the contracts they're currently looking to recruit a new team of Recruitment staff around South London.

The vacancies in question carry a lot of responsibility, contributing to the overall delivery of the contracts. The roles will consist of engaging with local employers, encouraging them to offer opportunities to the long term unemployed client group. This will be done with a variety of methods including telephone conversations, face to face meetings and networking events. Applicants must be comfortable doing all of the above.

In order to be considered for these positions, applicants must have extensive relationship building experience. This role focuses very much on long standing relationships which in turn deliver large volumes of business. Applicants coming from a Recruitment, Business Development or Commercial Background are invited to apply.
