We have a garden

The large room is about 18 feet by 18 feet and has a very deep built in robe.
The floors are wooden and new.
The bed is brand new since January and is a double bed.
There is a large window with lots of natural light.

Flat

There apartment has three bedrooms. There will be only two tenants. Its on the top floor.
The hall includes a shoe cupboard and some storage space.
The Kitchen includes the washing machine and there is space to place a dryer.
There is a drying cupboard, great for hanging clothes.
The bathroom has a bath and shower.

Tenant

Current tenant is professional, quite (can be noisy when required), bi/gay guy.
Prefer another Gay/Bi Male but open to options.
