I am looking for an experienced motivated web designer who specialises in designing high quality user interfaces for interactive websites and applications.

The work will initially be on a freelance basis but will quickly become more active into next year should the work be of the required quality.

You will be required to work at your own location but with regular meetings/working in London.

Skills/capability must include:

- Graphic designer with good creative skills
- Ability to work quickly and flexibly
- Able to quickly understand system concepts
- Excellent understanding of usability and ability to create simple and effective user experiences
- Generation of standards compliant HTML and CSS from page designs
- Good Javascript knowledge would be preferred
- Knowledge of PHP is helpful but not essential

You must be able to provide a good portfolio of interesting projects and not a series of standard small websites knocked out for a local shop.
