Demi chef Chef de Partie required Monday to Saturday in The City
We are looking for an experienced demi chef / Chefs de Parties to join The White Swan in Central London (Monday to Saturday).
The White Swan offers excellent seasonal British food, a good wine selection and perfect draught ales. We serve a menu of high quality pub classics on the ground floor and the highest quality modern British restaurant menu on the first floor dining room. Events and parties make up a good deal of our trade.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years experience in high quality restaurants and has a passion for freshly prepared food and seasonal ingredients.
Salaries range between £17 500and £20,000 depending on experience (The standard rota is 8 shifts per week).
