Administrator (Minute taker)

Our Local Authority client based South West London is looking for a highly skilled Minute Taker to work in its Social Services department. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administration minute taking support service. The role will involve a variety of secretarial duties to include diary management support, organising and servicing regular management and team meetings. Production of complex minutes to be typed and distributed to relevant staff, processing routine correspondence, database management and act as a first point of contact for all enquiries relating to the service.

The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience. A proven track record of providing minutes and secretarial administration support. You will have strong IT skills using all MS Office packages with a minimum typing of 50wpm. Candidates with a background working within either the Public or Social Services area preferred. This contract is expected to last approximately three months therefore candidates must be able to commit to full duration of the contract.
