Booking notes
A deposit of 20% of the total cost of your accommodation is due on booking. The remaining 80% is due 8 weeks before your arrival date, otherwise the accommodation may be forfeited. Late bookings (within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday ) must be paid for in full at the time of booking. The person signing the form is responsible for all payments.

WHAT THE PRICE COVERS
The rental sum covers the property and services described in the brochure. Subletting is prohibited. Animals can only be allowed if agreed in writing at the time of booking. Admission will be refused or terminated if any of these conditions are broken. Clients undertake to report any damage to the accommodation or its contents during their occupation, and to pay for any damaged or missing items, telephone charges, or any other services consumed. Cigarette burns on furniture will be charged at full replacement cost.
For this purpose we reserve the right to collect a security deposit of £200 on your arrival, refundable after departure.
