KP required for The Balham Tup pub.

Ideally you will have previous experience in a kitchen environment with some knowledge of food safety/hygiene and awareness of different chemical hazards.
You will be required to aid the chef in food preparation as well as maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. You will follow a cleaning schedule to maintain fryers, ovens, grease filters etc as well as washing plates and pots.

Pay is £6ph and you would be required to work approx 40 hours pw.

sat 10am-10pm
sun 10am-10pm

You must be able to speak a good level of english to communicate with the chef and be eligible to work in the UK.
