As stated... I have a large double room to let out.

The whole interior of the house has recently been refurbished & decorated. Your room is bright & beautiful with lots of light & a spacious bay-window area. You have a double bed (fresh duvet & clean linen supplied), wardrobe, shelf cupboard & desk, chair & bedside table... Your room is next to the new WC/shower. You also have the use of a nice new kitchen & a welcoming lounge/livingroom.

It's a large(ish) three bedroom, semi-detached house with a big, comfy reception room downstairs & a sizable south-facing garden, which is a constant suntrap & great for barbeques.

Living here there is only myself & sometimes one other house mate. (from time to time I have family or a friend visiting as well)

I'm just off Orpington High Street & literally just around the corner from virtually every shop or convenience you could possibly want, including Sainsbury's (across the street) & a wide selection of decent restaraunts & bars. Oh, & the gym is just accross the street too. I'm also only 12 minutes walk away from a BR station, with regular, direct trians to Victoria, London Bridge & Charing Cross - Or south to Sevenoaks & Dover. Also regular busses & trains to Bromley.

You might want to check the map at the bottom of this ad to ensure you know where Orpington is & so you don't have any missleadings about its distance in relation to your needs. This is zone6 of south-east London/Kent. Trains on the Southeast Rail (not tube) are direct, fast & efficient into central London but its not just 1 or 2 stops away.

I am a semi-professional musician (33, caucasian, male) working a lot from home - practicing & recording - I also travel. But when I'm here this is my home & my office.

This vacancy is offered to a single, non-smoking professional.

Ideally you can enjoy music, are relaxed & sociable but also not just always at home (i.e. day job)

I'm offering this accommodation on a temporary basis.

To start with I will accept payment of two weeks in advance with a two week's deposit... If you only want it temporarily than this will be perfect for you.

All bills are covered including 24hr, unlimited wireless broadband.

It's not a wild party house... This is a home... Very friendly & casual but where tranquility is essential for concentration & creativity.
