I am a trained professional boxer based in SW London with the following qualifications:

- Advanced Level 3 Fitness Instructor (can locate me in the official REPs website)
- Sports Science Degree Holder
- Worked in USA, Hong Kong, Wales and Sheffield, trained people in all ages and all walks of life
- Currently working in a prestigious gym in London as a personal trainer, also have home visit clients

With the above I am registered and insured to train everyone including people with injuries, or pregnant ladies. So you are in the right hands!
