I have an unfurnished room in a friendly flat share to rent till the end of August. It's located in a very quiet and extremely safe location about 5-7 minutes from Highgate tube station. Buses go straight into Crouch End and Archway, there are also excellent 24/7 transport links into central London by Highgate station. Shops are only a 10 minute walk away or you can get the Bus. The room is a nice size and can fit a king size bed, it features in-built wardrobes and shelving and is very light. It also has a beautiful off street view of trees.

Bills are not included but the flat features excellent central heating, shared shower, w/c, kitchen and massive windows in the bedroom providing lots of natural light. There is also free off-road parking

The other tenants are two female students aged 19-20 so ideally someone of a similar age would be best.
