I am Paul, 26, Polish. I work full time.
I live in a twin room and my lovely roommate is moving out to the other city so I am looking for someone who will share a room with me.
I have spare double bed ( for example two girlfriends can move in ) or it can be replaced for a single bed if only one person is interested.
I live in this maisonette for more than two years. It has a great location: 5 minutes walk from Crossharbour Station( or 15 minutes to Canary Wharf Station- where you can take jubilee line) and 10 minutes to ASDA superstore. In front of the house there is cash point, oyster top up, dry cleaners, GP, hairdresser, chemist’s ,off licence. Gym is 15 minutes away and area is really nice and relaxing. So really great location and amenities!
All house mates are non-smoking. There are two other girls and one guy living in this house. We have cleaning rota and there is 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and 1 kitchen with balcony.
My room also has a balcony. It is fully furnished. You have a bed, table, desk and huge wardrobe with drawers and shelves. Room is bright and specious. Central heating and all other bills are included in the rent. You can have internet for an extra £7 a month. The minimum deposit is of one month rent and there is also 1 month notice required. Rent is collected once a month.
House is separated from both sides from the main street and that is why it makes it so quiet. The leaving conditions are really good ! Room was recently refurbished and has nice interior design. It is really well maintained.
