The Hotel: The Apex City of London Hotel is situated between the Tower of London and Liverpool Street. Being in the heart of London’s financial district we enjoy a high occupancy throughout the week. With the hotel opening just over 3 years ago it is very much modern, boutique and chic in its appearance. A recent extension carried out on our property has increased the number of bedrooms to 179, and we also have a stylish restaurant & bar, state of the art gym and unique corporate conference facilities.

The Role: Luggage Porter
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £12,607.00 plus excellent tips.
Shifts: 5 shifts over 7 days with 2 days off. Mixture of early and late shifts. Early shifts start at 7:30 and finish at 14:30. Late shifts begin at 2:30 - 23:00.

The candidate: Hotel experience not essential but previous customer service experience is. The candidate will have drive and determination to really succeed and make a difference. Suitable candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a customer service environment. Additionally good communication skills, attention to detail and excellent personal presentation will be required.
