Our client is located in West London and is seeking a chef de partie for their very large staff restaurant.

Our client is looking for a chef de partie with a work history in contract catering with volume food preparation. The client is looking for a team player that has the enthusiasm and drive to advance and further their career as a professional chef working within a professional kitchen environment. The chef de partie will be required to run all sections of the kitchen and able to rotate between stations when required. The main responsibilities of the chef de partie will be the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes on the menu along with assisting in the development of new dishes and menus when required.

The chef de partie will have the necessary qualifications required for a professional catering establishment. The position is 5 days out of 7 with standard working hours.

This position will require that you have excellent work references and are available immediately.
