Recruitment Consultant (Temporary Division)
Purpose: To develop and increase sales within the Temporary Division
Function:
To obtain temporary bookings and permanent vacancies, interview prospective candidates, speak to clients and match them accordingly to the position in order to develop the finances of the company.
Key Tasks:
Pre-screening CVs, interviewing candidates seeking employment, records relevant personal and work details which may be included on their CV.
Receive and record job vacancies information from employers/clients, arranging client fees and negotiating if necessary.
Check references and suitability of candidates before referral to employers/clients.
Prepare CV’s and correspondence of suitable candidates to forward to employers/clients.
Liaise with clients by cold calling or by dealing with leads/clients already on the in-house database in order to gain new positions and service regular clients.
Liaise with applicants over the telephone and in person to arrange interviews and to arrange registrations.
Client visits when required.
Preparing time sheets when required.
Update/maintain candidate and client records using in-house database and record cards.
Previous recruitment consultancy experience covering temporary staff, ideally within a Legal, Medical or Dental environment is essential for this position.
