The Person
I am currently recruiting for an intelligent and money motivated Graduate who ideally has 6 months + experience in a Sales environment to join a well known, very successful company as a Trainee Consultant. Sales experience is not neccessary if you have the right attitude and knowledge of what it takes to be a Recruitment Consultant. You should be confident and enthusiastic with lots of energy! You should be ready for the hard work and pressure of meeting targets, but also be ready for the unbeatable rewards on offer to you.

The Role
You will join the business as a Trainee IT Recruitment Consulltant, specialising in placing people into the Media Sector. Initially you will be calling candidates, interviewing them and matching them to the jobs you have. In the first 3 months of your new role you will be provided with excellent training from some of the best in the business. This will involve both classroom based and on the job training. You will benefit from being able to earn commission from day 1 and will sit within a team where you will be constantly learning and developing your skills.

Business Development is a big part of the role, as is headhunting, writing adverts and interviewing. Eventually you will be preparing candidates for their interviews, leading client meetings and closing deals.

The Company
Formed in 2000, my client is centrally based and covers a number of different sectors. This company has a very strong and established name in the industry and is known for the training they provide. They have around 60 consultants in the IT division and the speed in which you can progress can be extremely quick, depending on the level of your success.

Incentives are in place, such as company holidays to Las Vegas and cash incentives, and the commission structure is extremely competitive.
