We are a private college based in London. We are looking for people all round UK that can speak English language and a foreign language. The languages we looking for are (Turkish, Arabic, Chinese, Albanian, Kurdish, Somalian, Romanian and Portages). You will be working on Commission based job.
We require you to have;

• Confident telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Basic level of computer literacy is vital - especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Highly motivated, organized and calm under pressure.
• Sociable, outgoing and with a good sense of humor
The role involves a high level of concentration and attention to details. The successful applicant will be responsible for taking telephone calls round the clock. We will provide the telephone number with a phone. You also, will be responsible to find a way to advertise our college course and promote our college round the UK. We are interested in forgin students in UK. More details will be given on interview day.
The Role;

• you will be part of a team and will need to ensure that all the telephone calls will be answered.

• Ensure all the queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner

• Ensure all client queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner with full details

• Answering the telephone for incoming calls, and transferring calls to other team members.
You will be working from home or where ever you like to answer the phone calls.
