Our client, a large international company, is seeking to recruit Romanian Speaking CRM Executive for their office in London.

Job Role

Responsibilities:

- Responding to customers queries via email, live chat and phone.
- Communicating with different departments to respond to customers’ needs.
- Following the sports news and update the website’s content.
- Reporting problems and trying to find solutions.
- Informing customers about offers and opportunities.
- Translating English text to (required language)

The Candidate


- Your most fluent language must be Romanian
- Very good knowledge of English as a foreign language.
- Very good knowledge of sports, especially native sports and international football
- Familiarity or ability to become familiar with applications like Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good telephone manner and ability to respond to customer’s needs.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in customer service or in betting will be an advantage.

Salary: up to £22,000
