The ULTIMATE GUIDE COMPANY is a growing, highly ambitious and fun media company. Based in Baker Street, we are seeking an Accounts Administrator / Credit Controller.

You will have some previous experience in Sage 50, payroll and general administration. Within the role, you will be tasked with:

- Sage data inputting
- Credit Control (including monitoring payment deadlines and chasing payment)
- Managing all incoming and outgoing payments
- Liaising with the Accountant
- Other general office support duties such as filing, opening post and ordering supplies

This role will prove suitable for someone that has been in an accounts-based administrative position and is keen to progress their career. You must be a good communicator, fluent in English (English as first language), as you will be dealing with clients over the phone with regard to invoices. Numerate and educated to A-level standard (or equivalent), the Accounts Administrator / Credit Controller must also be confident using Sage 50 and Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
