My client, an International media company, are looking for a Job Closing Consultant to join their busy team.

£40,000 pro rata

• Perform Mass Settlement Reversal and Re-Settlement for each Period January 2001 to present
• Identify and Close Jobs with No Activity
• Identify Jobs with Open PO’s – Delete all Open Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions
• Identify and Close Zero-Balance Jobs
• Identify and Close Debit Balance Jobs (within agreed Tolerance levels)
• Identify and Close Credit Balance Jobs (within agreed Tolerance levels)
• Review, investigate and action Exceptions as reported by the Job Close program
• Review and monitor Financial Postings to ensure they are as expected
• Review and monitor Job status’ to ensure they are being Closed as expected
• Re-run Aged WIP reports to identify any exceptions not already actioned. Perform same steps above until all Open jobs are Closed.
• Ensure all relevant Tables are populated and other Configuration is in place before commencing above steps.
• Check that all Client pre-approvals are in place before commencing any job-closing tasks
• Obtain specific Client approvals before any financial postings or cost write-offs are made
• Liaise with Client contacts as and when required
• At conclusion of process, Train local Users how to perform Job Closing tasks as part of a uniform and agreed Business Process.
