Customer Service with Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese

Our client, an established international media company based in Greenwich, seeks a fluent Cantonese and Mandarin speaker to join their customer services team IMMEDIATELY!

To act as the main contact for and manage the relationships with, new and existing suppliers on behalf of Planet.

To take individual responsibility for managing and prioritizing service enquiries received via the Customer Service Inbox and providing responses within 2 hours.

To take individual responsibility for clearing ‘Rights Requests' on behalf of customers for spot sales or contract sales.

To work as a flexible and effective member of the Customer Service Team, ensuring delivery of Team Objectives, Business Objectives and Performance Indicators at all times.

In addition to speaking Cantonese AND Mandarin at mother-tongue level, candidates MUST be able to speak and write English perfectly. Spoken Japanese would be an advantage.

Additionally, previous experience in Customer Service is essential.
