LETTINGS / SALES NEGOTIATOR (TRAINEE OR EXPERIENCED)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join our successful team as a Lettings / Sales Negotiator. The candidate must be a bright and energetic individual (experience in sales / customer services could be an advantage but not essential). You also will need to be competent in using a computer, work well within a team, have a good telephone manner and have your own car.

You will be required to:
- Make appointments.
- Perform viewings.
- Negotiate deals.
- Canvass properties.
- Meet pre-agreed targets.
- Effectively handle enquiries.
- Develop good knowledge of the trade.
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism.
- Offer a fantastic level of customer service.


PAY:
- BASIC: 10k – 14k
- COMMISSION: UNCAPPED
- CAR ALLOWANCE: BASED ON MILEAGE.
