Hi we have a very large one bed street property in a house conversion on the first floor. We desperately need a two as there are me my partner and my two sons living here. Our flat is very spacious with high ceilings and chimney breasts. I know that our flat is large as we have been to view many 2 beds that have been smaller. Our flat dont need much doing to it all nuetral colours laminated floor throughout apart from kitchen and bathroom which has lino,we have pine blinds in sitting room and kitchen to match floor as well as pine doors throughout. Whoever views will want our property and wont be dissapointed. We love this flat and wouldnt move but we need a two bed. We are in a street property on a lovely road with lovely neighbours the road is called iverson which runs between west hampstead and kilburn. Our flat is council with the full right to buy and allows pets. Its very good for public transport as there are train stations and bus routes which are at each end of our road you have thameslink, jubilee line buses straight to oxford street and much more. We dont mind in or just out of london but pls no south london and no timewasters we need to get our oldest son in a school.Dont mind 3/4 way swaps or housing associations would love a garden but not essential.
