Accounts assistant / bookkeeper jobs
Out of the Ordinary Assistant Sales Administrator £19.5k per annum
Our client a world famous costumiers, require a Sales Administrator to be based in there luxurious North West London offices. The required candidate will need to have accounts experience and superb customer service skills and be a team player, as you will help to ensure the smooth running of the department and produce timely information as requested by the Production Directors.
The Sales Administration Offices key function is the day-to-day processing and administration of sales orders relating to the movement of items and related expenditure for invoice purposes.
Preparing quotations, schedules and invoices for day orders and smaller productions
Administration of production files together with Returns Department
Liaising with the Production Directors, Costumiers and other Departments daily
Liaising with Customers Designers/Production Companies
Skills you require:
Good keyboard & Intermediate to advanced computer/Microsoft Office skills (word & excel a must)
Numerical and literary accuracy
Good communication & organisational skills
Ability to cope with pressure
Sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines prioritising appropriately
Diplomatic
Team player
Essential Skills & Personality profile:
Flexible attitude
Friendly and personable
Numerate with accounts knowledge
Office administration skills photocopying, filing etc
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong sense of teamwork
Willing to take on tasks at all levels and on ad-hoc basis
