Spacious, fully-furnished double room available in quiet, tree-lined street in well connected West Norwood.

I am leaving this lovely room in November and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet retreat whilst wanting easy access to London's hot-spots too (12 mins to Clapham Junction, 12 mins to Brixton, 16 mins to Victoria, 20 mins to London Bridge).

The room has polished wooden floors, high ceilings, original fireplace and comes with double bed, cupboard and chest of drawers. The house is central heated and comes with washing machine/tumble-dryer, Wi-fi in every room and all the other things you demand as a citizen of the modern world! There is even a back garden for the sunnier days.

You will be sharing a huge kitchen/living area with 6 other quiet, friendly folk all in their 20's and a power-shower/toilet with 2 of them. Everyone has a different timetable so there is never a que for the cooker or bathroom inspite of the numbers.

The rent is £387 a month and the bills about £45 (Cheaper in summertime) on top with one months rent and £420 deposit required upfront. The house is on Casewick Rd, the one parallel to that shown on the map and is 5 minutes from the station.
