My client is a prestigious property developer who specialises in high-end residential refurbishments. They are expanding massively at the moment and therefore they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience on luxury residential refurbishments.
 
Their projects values range between £1million to £2million, with the re-sale values of the properties they renovate reaching £14million. They are looking for independent, self-starters who can take a project from inception to completion, as well as run 2-3 sites simultaneously.
 
It is imperative that  candidates  have a valid CSCS card and be MRICS or MCIOB qualified. My client would also prefer a candidate with a construction related university degree who is very articulate and client facing.
