Head Chef required for this fine dining restaurant in Central London

This well known, fine dining, brasserie style restaurant, is seeking the talents of an experienced Head Chef to run its stable brigade. You will be creating fine Modern/Traditional British Cuisine using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You must have at least 2 years experience as a Head Chef within a high standard fine dining environment.

As Head Chef you will be managing the kitchen and ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality. You will be responsible for the development of the kitchen team, creating menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. An attractive salary of £30,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.

Eligibility:
