We have fantastic fully furnished double room ready to move into from the end of November.

Located in Ladbroke Grove (W10 6LZ), the flat is about 10 mins walk from Ladbroke Grove tube and the number 7, 52, 23 buses (among others).

The house itself is clean and tidy, carpeted throughout and fully equipped with the furniture/appliances you would expect including a new washer/dryer and cable TV/internet.

The room available is very large by London standards with lots of storage, double bed, large mirror and very nice view overlooking gardens.

The lounge is also very large and benefits from wall to wall windows making it nice and bright. Both the kitchen and bathroom are also a good size (very importantly for winter it has a great shower and bath with excellent pressure and lots of hot water).

The tree lined street, referred to as the most sort after in Ladbroke Grove by estate agents, is amazingly quite and a nice walk to the bus/tube station

The street also intersects Portobello road so you have the markets on your doorstep each weekend, supermarkets etc are all in close proximity.

There are a good number pubs, bars and restaurants on or near Portobello road. Plus the options in Notting Hill Gate, High Street Ken etc which are all easy to get to.

Your potential flatmates are both professionals, an Australian guy who works in finance and Spanish girl who works as a project manager. Pretty easy going, we are clean and considerate of other flatmates but keen to make the flat a fun place to live. We enjoy catching up with each other every now and then and occasionally go out together for a drink etc.

We are hoping to find a similar person (no couples sorry) to share the flat. Preferably someone who is looking for a "flat to share" not for a "room to rent", so someone who we will see at least from time to time. A non-smoker, professional, 24+, clean, and happy to chip in to do their bit to keep the flat running smoothly whatever that may be. If you speak French that would be a bonus.

The rent is £615 per month exclusive of all bills.
