The house offers a large sitting room, large kitchen and garden. The kitchen has a washing machine and a beautiful 5-hobbed cooker. The sitting room is littered with plants and musical instruments of various shapes and sizes. The garden is a decent size and has a covered area so can be enjoyed all year round (provided you wrap up). There is an impressive grape vine, rose bushes, palm trees and a fig tree. The covered area also extends to a side passage with ample bike storage. As well as the garden's active bird life, there is also a friendly toad that says hello every now and again on wetter nights.

The available room is the master bedroom (approx 15' x 14') at the front of the house, which has three north-facing sash windows and huge built in wardrobe storage across the opposite wall.

You would be sharing with Darrel, Jon and Rosie. We are three sociable people in our mid twenties. We enjoy crosswords, halloumi, bikes, knitting, crocheting, 'The Wire' and hot squash.

This room is £600 a month for couples, £530 for a single person.
