We are two students living between Fulham/West Brompton, only a 15 min walk to South Ken.

The flat is clean and tidy as it recently was refurnished. There is also a garden which is perfect for some BBQs during the summer.

The room that is for rent is unfurnished and there space for a double bed however the rest of the flat is fully furnished.

We are looking for someone who is tidy, friendly and on time with rent.
