COOK REQUIRED FOR CHILDREN'S CENTRE IN WOODFORD, IG8

A Children's Centre situated in a very pleasant residential area in the heart of Woodford, IG8 is looking to recruit a full time cook as soon as possible. It is located on the same site as a Primary School close to a Central Line station and within easy commute of the A406 North Circular Road and A12 Arterial Road.

The nursery serves the local area and also has places for teachers working in the London borough of Redbridge and parents who work for the Primary Care Trust.

Opening hours are between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year. You will be required to work from 09:00 to 14:00 (or 5 hours per day) and will be responsible for the ordering of food, menu, preparation, presentation and cleaning for the kitchen. It is a great opportunity to run your own kitchen area and put your own spin on what the children are eating.

To be considered for this position you will need to have a Food and Hygiene certificate or equivalent and preferably have experience within a child care setting. Successful applicants must undertake an enhanced CRB (criminal record bureau) check.
