Customer Service Advisors
A city based Business Bank is looking for experienced customer service advisors to join their expanding personal savings team for a fixed term contract of 6 months.
Salary: c£23,000 pro rata
Hours: Shift rotation between hours 08.00 - 20.00 hours (Mon - Fri)
Successful candidates will be required to ensure the delivery of outstanding personalised customer service over the telephone to our clients expanding customer base.
Key tasks and responsibilities include;
*Responding to clients requests for support via the telephone in relation to a range of activities including requests for bank statements, certificates of interest, balance enquiries, dealing with queries on accounts, payment instructions and other similar activities
*Providing excellent telephony customer service support, taking 50-70 calls in a day with a strong emphasis on quality of service
*Producing and despatching of documentation for customers which is accurate and timely
*Managing requests through to completion - escalating upwards as appropriate
*Working with all our partners on an ongoing basis to achieve administrative efficiency
*Having gained a strong understanding of the Bank's activities, jobholders will be expected to help identify opportunities for cross selling and to progress referrals when identified
*Updating and maintaining the Company's customer database to reflect activity
*Managing and co-ordinating outstanding Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to ensure compliance with internal procedures
Successful candidates will have customer service experience within retail banking/ banking/ financial services along with good experience of telephone based customer service. Minimum 2 A Levels or equivalent is essential (including GCSE Maths and English grade C or above).
