I'm looking for a double room in a flatshare around Kensal Green/Kensal Rise/Queenspark/ Golders Green/ Hendon/ Finchley/ even East London for mid-November. I can pay up to £650 and deposit.

Me- I'm very clean, tidy, considerate, always busy and hard-working so won't be watching much TV. I'm not looking for a party house. I'm a singer-songwriter, aspiring actor, do lots of extra work and have my savings so I'm fine for paying rent. I'm very low-key and low-maintenance.

I do some singing in the evening time (just scales) and play guitar but only for an hour in total. And I do get up early in the mornings but I'd be gone in ten minutes- just so you know!

I'm looking for a medium to large sized room with decent storage space in nice quiet area.


I'm looking for people who are decent, kind, sorted, very clean, tidy and who have similar interests. People who don't come with much drama. I'd also like to live somewhere close to a gym.

I have references available also. I'm willing to help out with the cleaning and will always pay my rent on time.
