Our new and exciting start-up company in London is looking for a web / e-commerce developer to join us IMMEDIATELY

You will need:
- CSS, XML, HTML, DHTML, Ajax, JavaScript, Illustrator CS3, Photoshop CS3, Fireworks CS3, Flash CS3 and InDesign CS3

- Experience in the configuration and operation of: database driven Websites, IIS, SQL Server

- An appreciation and understanding of SEO techniques, Usability and Accessibility.

- Experience with Visual Studio, VB.NET and SQL Server 2005 (incl. SQL Server 2008 Express) would be an advantage.

-Working knowledge in web 2.0 technologies would be an advantage.

-Ecommerce, online database driven store (incl. membership registration) experience is paramount

-Content Management Systems, Forum & Blog development experience would be an advantage

-Fashion, Health & Beauty web site development experience would be an advantage but not essential

-Graphic Design experience would be a bonus

-Proven track record is essential – Sites with broken links or can’t be found would result in automatic rejection.

-Eligible or have permission to work in the UK

The right candidate should be technically and graphically skilled, experienced in UI solutions and usability issues.
You will be working from home reporting to the Project Manager via email, telephone, IM and regularly meeting in person (specifics to be confirmed). Therefore it’s essential that you’re self-starter, enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills.

Although this project would be suited to someone with extensive experience, if you’re a graduate and have at least two successful projects under your belt and wants to be part of what is going to be an “Authority site”, you will be considered! We already have full functional specification (incl. design) ready for you to bring this exciting project to live!
