I have a 2 bedroom property nice size lots of light im on the 3 floor (im the top)
the block has a lift also i have two balconys one big and one small i have double glazing & central heating .
There are lots of good schools and shops and the neighbours are friendly.
Lots of street parking and just 10 min walk from london bridge train station.

I want a two bedroom house/flat (must be ground floor with garden )
( sorry but no 1 bedrooms )
( areas i will consider are = nunhead / dulwich / dulwich village / brockley / honor oak / forest hill / greenwich / blackheath / bromley / surrey / kent /new addington and biggin hill.
( but also open to consider all south east areas.)
