My tenancy agreement is up in January so I'd like to use this opportunity to find a new flat share and meet some new people! I'm really a really friendly, outgoing English girl, I'm clean, tidy and organised!

I currently study part time but I'm also in between jobs as my Father recently passed away so I had to go home for a while to settle his estate

This means I also currently receive housing benefit and I know some people find this socially unacceptable! So it's better to be honest now than waste anyone's time!

If this is not a problem for you then please let me know if you have anything, I would like to stay in North London but I would be more than happy to consider anywhere, eg Hackney/Dalston/Stoke Newington
