Receptionist

Full or part-time Front of House Reception

Salary: £8-£10/hour

Location: The Angel, Islington

We are currently recruiting for an effecient part-time or full time receptionist to work in a new physiotherapy/pilates studio which is opening on the 11th of November 2009. Main responsibilities will be dealing with all inocoming calls, meet and greet clients, booking in, dealing with post, varied administration, filing, data entry, managing invoicing and patient records (TM2 Practice Management Software trained a distinct advantage, though will be taught), keeping a friendly, organised, buzzing studio.The right candidade will have access to physiotherapy and pilates, so a interest in this will be meaningful to both parties.
