As I am moving back to Australia my room in Clapham south is now available. It is a double room with built in wardrobe in a large 3 bedroom house. Living areas are spacious and the house is fully furnished with all the usual modern specs. In the lounge there is a large screen tv with surround sound and sky tv. the sky tv package also includes wifi internet and a landline with extremely cheap phone calls to 20 countries including Australia, NZ, USA and Canada.
You will be living with 2 professional males. One is an Australian in his early 30's n the other is an English lad in his mid 20's. Both are extremely laid back and friendly guys who are very socialable and clean.
The house is only a few mins walk to Clapham south tube station (northern line) and just off clapham high st where there are countless bars restaurants and shops. Clapham common is about a 10min walk away.
I have been living here for over a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed this house. It has a large patio area out back which is great for bbq's in the summer and also for the odd party that we have had.
Rent is £541.60/month plus council tax (the cheapest in london) and with bills adding up to around £50/month
The deposit for the room is £750.
