Its comes equiped with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table for each person.

All the common areas of the house which is shared by everyone living in the house, is fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, two Fridges and all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances you might need.

You will be sharing this house with 5 other people who are all young working professionals from Australia, South Africa and New Zealand.

Your weekly rent will also include Sky TV, access to wireless internet and access to a telephone. Also included within that price is a maid that comes in once weekly. Also please take note that all bills are included within the weekly payable rent. These houses all have nice back yards with garden furniture and a BBQ ready to use for the nice summer evenings were are currently experiencing.

Please take note that we will require a three week deposit which will be paid back in full when you move out subject to standard terms and conditions of course. The minimum stay period is 3 weeks and you only have to give three weeks notice when moving out.
