Cosmopolitan pub is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Head Chef, working Monday to Friday.

We are looking to grow the food side of the business by giving you the freedom to express your passion and flair, develop the menu and to create fresh interesting daily specials. You must be able to produce high quality dishes.

Our team is small, eager and will need solid leadership to enable them to develop their skills further.

This is a great opportunity for a sous chef looking for that next step up the career ladder and will provide the successful applicant with experience of managing a team, kitchen costing, controls and food.
