The Area

Primrose Hill is one of the most desirable areas located in North West London very close to central London. Not only is it very residential, it is a middle class dominated neighbourhood. The area is very green and has lots of parks in the vicinity. The highly renowned Regents Park is just about 15 minutes walking from the flat. One can safely say the area has one of lowest crime rates in London.

Amenities

It should take about 5 minutes on the tube into Central London

The flat can be accessed from two tube stations( Chalk Farm on the Northern Line is about 7 minutes walk or Swiss Cottage on the Jubilee Line is 12 minutes walk or 3 minutes by bus). There are lots of buses plying the area. There are two night buses from Central London which brings you to the flat.

There are also lots of shops, cafes and restaurant in the area. A community Library lies about 5 minutes away from the flat. Camden Market which is very popular is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutres by bus or 2 minutess on tube. (There are loads more but this is all that comes to my head at the moment).

The Flat

The flat is very spacious and airy flat in very good condition. It benefits from 2 toilets and bathrooms, a nice and spacious kitchen with a seating section and dinning section included. All modern facilities are available. There is also wireless broadband in the flat.

The Room

The room is fully furnished with a large double bed, private TV with DVD player, chest of drawers and massive in-built wardrobes.

What we are looking for

We are looking for very clean, tidy and calm people (who know when to be happy and loud at home and when to keep quiet), females are preferred but well organised males are welcome.
