Energy Performance Certificates are required by law when a home or commercial property is rented or sold.

I am an independent Domestic & Commercial (level 4) Energy Assessor offering a quick, easy and cost effective EPC service.

Domestic EPC's cost from £45 inclusive.

How it works (Domestic EPC):

I visit the property and depending on the size, spend between 40 minutes and an hour collecting information such as - fabric of the building, floor area, boiler make, method of heating, window type.

Next I take the data away and create an EPC which will be provided in a PDF via email and/or a hard paper copy. This will be done on the same day of the home visit. The certificate will grade your property from A to G depending on the energy performance.

It really is as easy as that, and I will do my very best to make it as unobtrusive as possible.
