The house will comfortably sleep 8 people.

All bedrooms are sea facing with fantastic views of the sea, and open out on the wooden deck. A private and secluded beach is a 5 minute stroll from the house. Other beaches and attractions are within easy driving distance.

The house is equipped with TV, DSTV (Satellite TV), DVD Player, CD Stereo, 2 Fridges, a chest freezer, washing machine, tumble-dryer, dishwasher, 2 microwaves, electric oven/stove, gas stove and coal/wood BBQ. Broadband internet is also available.

The house is available from 12th December 2008 for four weeks. Dates are flexible. Minimum stay is three weeks.

Rent is £130 per day or £900 per week. Not suitable for pets. Non-smokers preferred.

House-keeping once a week can be arranged and is included in the price. Linen provided (excluding beach towels). A 50% deposit is payable to secure the booking. The balance, including a Damages Deposit of £50.00 per week is payable on arrival (Cash or Bank Transfer only). The Damages Deposit is refundable provided there are no damages or losses to the property or its contents.
