We are looking A Support Worker who would like to work with adults /children with Learning disabilities and Autism who may present with challenging behaviour.

Each child / adult we support is unique (has different level of need) therefore support is individuaul to ensure they get the best out of life.

Previous experience of working with children and adults with learning disabilities/Autism AND challenging behaviour is desirable - 1year minimum.

Are you?
-Are you patient, understanding and friendly?
-Have you been described as enthusiastic, dynamic with a sense of humour?
-Are you willing to use your own initiative and develop your knowledge by attending training provided?
-Flexible to be able to do additional hours at short notice if required

-Legally allowed to work in the UK? Have valid Visa?
- Able to provide details of your 3 years work history?
- Hold a UK / EU driving license
