I'm a 30 y/o professional male looking for a flatshare in the Angel area near the tube station.

I'm pretty flexible with price, although I'd like to keep it below £300 a week including everything.

I'm fine sharing with either males or females (I've done both with no problems).

About me: As I said, I'm 30 y/o, I keep normal hours, and I'm a non-smoker. I don't mind sharing with smokers as long as they do it outside. I'm not looking for two or three new best friends, but it would be good to share with folks whose company I enjoyed and were up for the occasional pint. I'm clean in common areas and know how to wash a dish and cook a meal. That said, I'd prefer a flat with housekeeping service.

I'm in corporate housing in the area now and am available to come by any evening (with a bit of notice).
