We're a Canadian couple in our 20's looking for a double room from as soon possible until December 24. We have a combined budget of £140 a week, including bills. That's as high as we can go. We are neat and prefer that the people we live with are neat too (but not OCD). We're pretty easy going and not noisy. We both work, non-smokers, enjoy a few beer now and then and we eat meat. We don't mind if there's a well kept cat or dog in the house, but if there is a small child living in the house, we'll have to pass on that one.

West or North West London zone 2 would be best but at this point, we'll take anythign with decent transportation handy. We just want a place with neat, friendly roommates and an upfront, fair, landlord.

please note, we a couple. There are two of us, male and female. Don't forget to talk it over with your flatmates before you respond. We've had some troubles with that before.

I know this ad sounds angry and miserable but I just wanted to make sure that everything about us is clear. We actually are nice people and good for a laugh.Also, we have quite a lot of kitchen supplies (plates, forks, frying pan, pot, strainer, baking sheet). Since we're going back to Canada for good, we'll probably want to leave most of that behind so, you could inherit quite a few kitchen gadgets.
