• Passport – must have a valid work permit / visa or EU passport
• Proof of address – within the UK and less than 3 months old
• References – or details of 2 referees
• CV – current and up-to-date
• Professional certificates – Manual Handling, Food Hygiene etc.
• Photos – please provide two passport photos
• Driving License – if applicable
