3 rosette opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie within a deluxe fine dining restaurant.

My client is an outstanding restaurant with 40 covers and a modern French menu. Under the guidance of a highly recognised Exec Chef this brigade offers sensational cuisine encompassing finest French traditions with a British twist.

The Chef de Partie I am looking for will come from a 2-3 rosette background and have real passion for catering at this level. A strong all rounder you will be confident when managing a section and supervising/training the junior chefs. Within this role you will be able to put forward menu ideas and suggestions to keep the focus fresh and exciting.

The salary on offer is £20000 - £21000. Live in accommodation and all meals can be provided if required. Free use of the gym, food and beverage discounts and excellent staff benefits available.
