This chef de partie role is for a chef that has a continued work history within the large contract environment, high volume food preparation is essential. My client is located in London and is seeking a chef de partie for their large staff restaurant and hospitality section.

The client is looking for a team player that has enthusiasm, drive and motivation to advance and further their career as a professional chef working within a professional kitchen environment. The chef de partie will be required to run all sections of the kitchen and able to rotate between stations when required. The main responsibilities of the chef de partie will be the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes on the menu along with assisting in the development of new dishes and menus when required. The chef de partie will also be responsible for some costings, stock take and ordering.

The chef de partie will have the necessary catering qualifications required for working within a professional catering establishment. The position is Monday to Friday with some evening work that is paid.

This position will require that you have excellent work references and are available immediately.
