Duty Manager for Central London Leisure Centre

DUTY MANAGER – FULL TIME
We are looking to recruit a Duty Manager for a busy central London Leisure Centre to join our team. The centre includes two swimming pools, multi level gym, Turkish Spa and Banqueting hall. The successful candidate will be an organised individual who is driven and passionate with excellent customer service skills.
A qualification set of, National pool lifeguard qualification, First aid at work, pool plant operator, and De-Fib is an advantage, however training in these can be given.
The applicant will be required to work a 40 hr week on a shift basis that covers some weekends and bank holidays.
As a member of the Operations team you must show:
You have great communication skills
You can pay attention to detail, for all procedures including Health and safety, and cleanliness.
You possess great customer service skills.
You possess great people management skills.
Extensive knowledge of the English language both verbal and written is essential.
You must be willing to work shifts including weekends.
