Sunnymead caravan site is a lovely friendly site, where we have had our caravan for nearly 8 years. situated on a private quiet plot, along a backfence, perfect for peace and quiet! It has 2 double bedrooms (with double beds) and bunks in the 3rd bedroom.large spacious living room with a dining area near to the kitchen, (which is newly tiled). seperate toilet and shower room,both tiled from floor to ceiling. outside at the back of the caravan is a metal shed which has a washing machine, tumble drier,fridge and a freezer, (and there is still room to store bikes,barbeques etc.) there is also 2 plastic smaller sheds for storage which are located at the front of the caravan. Ground rent is 1550 a year but can be paid monthly starting March 2010.
Site has parks,shop,launderette,clubhouse,restaurant aswell as other clubhouses and pubs to use. seafood stall and fish and chip stall.
